Interactivity, even simple illustrations, maybe doing a comic book or two.  To that end, I&#8217;ve been doing more drawings of my characters from my novel, <i><a href=\"http:\/\/www.geoffreylong.com\/writing\/bonesoftheangel\/index.php\">Bones of the Angel<\/a>.<\/i>  There&#8217;s a scene towards the end of the first &#8216;act&#8217; where our heroes Michael and Pi charge into a house full of villains, guns blazing.  Using <a href=\"http:\/\/images.amazon.com\/images\/P\/0785108688.01.LZZZZZZZ.jpg\">the cover art from <i>Ultimate X-Men Volume 2<\/i><\/a> by Andy Kubert as a reference, I created this:<\/p>\n<div align=\"center\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.geoffreylong.com\/writing\/bonesoftheangel\/images\/michael_in_action.gif\" alt=\"Michael Coldman, guns blazing\" width=\"311\" height=\"455\"><\/div>\n<p>It&#8217;s funny how Michael is evolving visually.  So far the art for him can be seen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.geoffreylong.com\/writing\/bonesoftheangel\/characters.php\">here<\/a> and <A href=\"http:\/\/www.geoffreylong.com\/portfolio\/illustration\/michael.php\">here<\/a>.  I&#8217;m going to have to create a subsection of the <i>Bones of the Angel<\/i> minisite just for artwork pretty soon now.  At the very least, I need to start updating my illustration section of the portfolio &#150; that is <i>woefully<\/i> out of date.<br \/>\nSo many things I&#8217;d rather be doing than client work right now.
