First there was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/geoffreylong\/2929988204\/\">Kelly Link<\/a> at the Harvard Book Store, reading to promote her new book <i>Pretty Monsters;<\/i> then there was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/geoffreylong\/2969388570\/\">Jonathan Carroll<\/a> at the Harvard Book Store, reading to promote his new book <i>The Ghost in Love;<\/i> then this week there was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/geoffreylong\/2969211583\/\">Maria Tatar and Gregory Maguire<\/a> at the Brattle Theater (organized by the Harvard Book Store) to promote his new book <i>A Lion Among Men;<\/i> last night there was Art Spiegelman at the Brattle (organized by the Harvard Book Store) to promote his new\/old book <i>Breakdowns<\/i>, and then today there was <a href=\"http:\/\/www.jeetheer.com\">Jeet Heer,<\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/events.mit.edu\/event.html?id=9303757&#038;date=2008\/10\/24\">Ho Che Anderson and Diana Tamblyn<\/a> at MIT courtesy of Sarah Brouillette, CMS, FL&#038;L, Literature and the Kelly-Douglas Fund.<br \/>\nThe upshot of all this?  Living in Boston is awesome.  MIT is awesome.
