These are as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Connect emotionally<\/li>\n<li>Be vulnerable and share feelings<\/li>\n<li>Have an appropriate sense of power and assertiveness<\/li>\n<li>Say &#8220;NO&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Have initiative and drive<\/li>\n<li>Have at least a minimal amount of organization<\/li>\n<li>Be real, but not perfect<\/li>\n<li>Accept imperfections and have grace and forgiveness<\/li>\n<li>Grieve<\/li>\n<li>Think for oneself and express one&#8217;s opinions<\/li>\n<li>Learn and grow<\/li>\n<li>Take risks<\/li>\n<li>Grasp and use one&#8217;s talents<\/li>\n<li>Be responsible and follow through<\/li>\n<li>Be free and not controlled by external or internal factors<\/li>\n<li>Be sexual<\/li>\n<li>Be spiritual<\/li>\n<li>Have a moral sense<\/li>\n<li>Have an intellectual life<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>I think I can safely say that some years of my life are more fully actualized than others.
